**JOB PURPOSE:**
GSC Operational oversight and technical support. Deliver regulatory projects/procedures. Monitoring of all processes delivered in Lending Services.
**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Apply knowledge of M&S Bank systems and processes to handle and resolve escalated queries and progress through to resolution. Liaise with impacted parties and escalate where appropriate.
+ Extensive knowledge of digital lending and retail products for M&S Bank new business on boarding.
+ Provide technical system and Global Standards support to staff, across multiple sites as required, communicating changes where appropriate.
