Job Role & Responsibilities
Admission Sales & Target Achievement
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed admission targets for the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and key education influencers.
- Conduct regular school visits, student presentations, seminars, and workshops.
- Organize and manage admission drives, open houses, and promotional events.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, fees, scholarships, and admission processes.
Team Management
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of admission counselors.
- Set individual and team targets and monitor performance regularly.
- Provide feedback, training, and performance improvement support.
