Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound operations and ensure customer satisfaction. 



  • Coordinate with logistics service providers (LSPs) to meet customer requirements. 



  • Provide accurate inputs for LSP billing and production planning. 



  • Review daily working processes and engage in people management. 



  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). 



  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and maintain a safe working environment. 

Experience:


  • Minimum 6 years of logistics experience. 



  • Minimum 3 years in healthcare industries. 



  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a cross-functional/matrix organization. 

Skills and Competencies:


  • Strong communication skills (English/local language), both spoken and written. 



  • Leadership and people management skills. 



  • Knowledge of PAN India transportation. 



  • Good documentation skills (screening, archiving, retrieval). 



  • Customer orientation and decision-making abilities. 

  • Planning and organizing skills
