Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics service providers (LSPs) to meet customer requirements.
- Provide accurate inputs for LSP billing and production planning.
- Review daily working processes and engage in people management.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and maintain a safe working environment.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of logistics experience.
- Minimum 3 years in healthcare industries.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a cross-functional/matrix organization.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills (English/local language), both spoken and written.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of PAN India transportation.
- Good documentation skills (screening, archiving, retrieval).
- Customer orientation and decision-making abilities.
- Planning and organizing skills
