Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team that includes Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) . The ideal candidate will have experience in HRMS, SaaS, or B2B software sales and a strong ability to drive revenue through outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and motivating a high-performing inside sales team selling SaaS HRMS products.
  • Coach sales reps on product knowledge, consultative selling, and effective communication to increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor and enforce daily and weekly activity metrics including:
  • Number of Inbound / outbound calls and dials per rep
  • Quality and duration of calls
  • Follow-up activities and engagement with prospects
  • Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline by ensuring timely updates and progression of leads in the CRM.
