Role Summary: Esyasoft is hiring an Assistant Manager India Payroll & Compliance to manage end-to-end payroll operations, statutory & labour law compliance, and Shops & Establishments (S&D) compliance across India. Key Responsibilities End-to-end monthly payroll processing for India. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages. Manage Shops & Establishments (S&D) registrations, renewals, and audits. Handle full & final settlements, gratuity, leave encashment, and bonuses. Manage statutory filings, challans, returns, and audits. Address employee payroll and compliance queries. Coordinate with payroll/compliance vendors and internal stakeholders. Prepare compliance MIS and reports. Key Skills Strong knowledge of India payroll, labour laws & S&D compliance. Hands-on experience with statutory compliances and audits. Proficient in Excel and payroll/HRMS systems. High attention to detail and compliance orientation. Requirements Qualifications Graduate in Commerce / Finance / HR (MBA preferred). Experience 5+ years in India payroll, labour laws, and statutory compliance. Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
