Role Summary:
Esyasoft is hiring an Assistant Manager – India Payroll & Compliance to manage end-to-end payroll operations, statutory & labour law compliance, and Shops & Establishments (S&D) compliance across India.



Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end monthly payroll processing for India.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages.
• Manage Shops & Establishments (S&D) registrations, renewals, and audits.
• Handle full & final settlements, gratuity, leave encashment, and bonuses.
• Manage statutory filings, challans, returns, and audits.
• Address employee payroll and compliance queries.
• Coordinate with payroll/compliance vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare compliance MIS and reports.



Key Skills
• Strong knowledge of India payroll, labour laws & S&D compliance.
• Hands-on experience with statutory compliances and audits.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll/HRMS systems.
• High attention to detail and compliance orientation.

Requirements


Qualifications
• Graduate in Commerce / Finance / HR (MBA preferred).



Experience
• 5+ years in India payroll, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
