Position Summary
The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance at the plant level. The role involves monitoring compliance execution, guiding plant users on compliance requirements, reviewing on-ground compliance status, and assessing applicability of new regulations due to operational changes at the plant.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance at the plant level in accordance with applicable central, state, and local laws.
- Ensure that plant-level users complete compliance reporting on the compliance management tool accurately and within defined timelines.
- Monitor compliance dashboards, follow up on pending actions, and escalate delays or non-compliance as required.
