Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and motivating a high performing inside sales team selling SaaS HRMS products.
Coach sales reps on product knowledge, consultative selling, and effective communication to increase conversion rates.
Monitor and enforce daily and weekly activity metrics including:
Number of Inbound / outbound calls and dials per rep
Quality and duration of calls
Follow-up activities and engagement with prospects
Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline by ensuring timely updates and progression of leads in the CRM.
Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead qualification and handoff processes.
Analyze pipeline data and sales activity metrics to identify gaps and coach reps on improvement areas.
Manage escalations and support complex negotiations with prospective clients.
Drive process improvements to enhance sales workflows, call efficiency, and pipeline velocity.
