Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and motivating a high performing inside sales team selling SaaS HRMS products.
  • Coach sales reps on product knowledge, consultative selling, and effective communication to increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor and enforce daily and weekly activity metrics including:
  • Number of Inbound / outbound calls and dials per rep
  • Quality and duration of calls
  • Follow-up activities and engagement with prospects
  • Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline by ensuring timely updates and progression of leads in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead qualification and handoff processes.
  • Analyze pipeline data and sales activity metrics to identify gaps and coach reps on improvement areas.
