Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and motivating a high performing inside sales team selling SaaS HRMS products.
- Coach sales reps on product knowledge, consultative selling, and effective communication to increase conversion rates.
- Monitor and enforce daily and weekly activity metrics including:
- Number of Inbound / outbound calls and dials per rep
- Quality and duration of calls
- Follow-up activities and engagement with prospects
- Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline by ensuring timely updates and progression of leads in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead qualification and handoff processes.
- Analyze pipeline data and sales activity metrics to identify gaps and coach reps on improvement areas.
