About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Consultant / Assistant Manager to support firm-wide internal initiatives that strengthen how Uniqus works, scales, and delivers globally. This role sits at the intersection of process improvement, knowledge, learning, and execution excellence, and plays a key role in building consistent, high-quality ways of working across service lines. This is a core internal-facing role , working closely with service teams, HR, and leadership to turn ideas into practical, repeatable solutions.


What You’ll Do

  • Support design and standardization of internal processes, frameworks, templates, and playbooks
  • Help drive internal transformation initiatives, pilots, and phased roll-outs
  • Develop internal documentation, case studies, and reference material to capture best practices
  • Assist in creating and coordinating internal learning and capability-building programs
  • Maintain internal repositories, trackers, and dashboards as a single source of truth
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and execution discipline across teams


What We’re Looking For

  • CA / MBA or similar professional qualification
  • 2–6 years of experience in consulting, PMO, internal enablement, or process excellence roles
  • Strong structuring, documentation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to build scalable internal capabilities
