This role sits at the intersection of process improvement, knowledge, learning, and execution excellence, and plays a key role in building consistent, high-quality ways of working across service lines. This is a core internal-facing role , working closely with service teams, HR, and leadership to turn ideas into practical, repeatable solutions.

Support design and standardization of internal processes, frameworks, templates, and playbooks
Help drive internal transformation initiatives, pilots, and phased roll-outs
Develop internal documentation, case studies, and reference material to capture best practices
