Job Description

  • Manage and support Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for corporate devices

  • Handle L2 escalations related to device enrollment, compliance, and policy issues

  • Configure and troubleshoot:

    • Device compliance policies

    • Configuration profiles

    • Application deployment (Win32, Store, iOS/Android apps)

    • Conditional Access dependencies (in coordination with IAM team)

  • Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and lifecycle management

  • Troubleshoot MDM/MAM issues for iOS, Android, and Windows devices

  • Monitor device health, compliance reports, and remediation actions

  • Coordinate with L1, AD/Azure AD, Security, and Desktop teams

  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring endpoint issues
