Job Description
Manage and support Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for corporate devices
Handle L2 escalations related to device enrollment, compliance, and policy issues
Configure and troubleshoot:
Device compliance policies
Configuration profiles
Application deployment (Win32, Store, iOS/Android apps)
Conditional Access dependencies (in coordination with IAM team)
Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and lifecycle management
Troubleshoot MDM/MAM issues for iOS, Android, and Windows devices
Monitor device health, compliance reports, and remediation actions
Coordinate with L1, AD/Azure AD, Security, and Desktop teams
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring endpoint issues
