Job Role & Responsibilities

Admission Sales & Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed admission targets for the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and key education influencers.
  • Conduct regular school visits, student presentations, seminars, and workshops.
  • Organize and manage admission drives, open houses, and promotional events.
  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, fees, scholarships, and admission processes.

Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of admission counselors.
