Assistant Manager

Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their successful retail store in Clane, Co. Kildare.

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and foster a positive work environment. Your leadership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting will be key to driving the store’s performance and achieving business goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of associates to deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering.

  • Implement and maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

  • Drive sales and profitability to meet store targets.

    • Skills and experience required:


  • Proven track record in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a high-volume retail environment.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions quickly.
