Job Summary: We are seeking a hardcore sales professional with 5 to 6 years of experience to lead and drive the kitchen onboarding function. This is a target-based, incentive-driven role focused on telesales conversion, onboarding execution, and performance management of the KOB team. The role requires sharp leadership, ownership of results, and close collaboration with internal teams.

Compensation: 40,000–45,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead telesales and onboarding operations to meet daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets
• Guide and manage team leads and executives to improve conversion, activation, and go-live metrics-
