Reporting to Director of People & Culture, your key responsibilities would be to

  • Lead all Learning & Development initiatives across the hotel, from onboarding to ongoing training as well our online sessions on digital learning platform.
  • Create and deliver engaging training programs that develop skills, build confidence, and inspire excellence.
  • Partner with department heads to identify training needs and tailor solutions that support both individual and business goals.
  • Design career development pathways that encourage growth, mobility, and retention.
  • Coach and mentor team members, supporting them in achieving their professional goals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Pullman Brand culture, ensuring our people feel inspired, supported, and valued.
  • Would be a key player within P&C Department in engagement activities that are creating impact and enhancing team satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Learning & Development, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • A passion for people, growth, and creating meaningful development opportunities.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and forward-thinking in approach to training and development.
  • Should be tech savy with social media focus to enhance team engagement
