We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Manager to support the Hotel Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.
This full-time, on-site position in Lisbon includes:
Coordinating and motivating the team,
Managing reservations by email and phone,
Overseeing stock control,
Handling and resolving guest requests and issues,
Performing guest check-in and check-out,
Ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese, English, and French (mandatory),
At least 2 years of proven experience as an Assistant Manager in luxury hospitality,
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.),
Immediate availability.
