0-2yrs of professional experience in Learning Management Systems or HR Systems preferred SuccessFactors Programming knowledge in HTML and JavaScript Experience of working across a sector/ different countries would be preferable Bachelors degree HR technologies knowledge
Support day-to-day technical administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), specifically SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain courses, create and schedule classes, develop curricula, programs, handle enrollment processes, surveys, assessments and reports. 2) Custom development, eLearning development and testing, focusing on usability and learnability testing, ensuring a comprehensive testing suite with a significant emphasis on the end-user experience.
