Assistant Manager - Maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Shift in charge and should come in 3 rotational shifts ,Sunday is must

2) Breakdown root cause analysis and action plan

3) Spare parts planning

4) Capex Budget planning

5) Energy saving projects identification and Execution

6) Should rely with Safety work practices

7) Initiate cost saving projects like Spare parts localization ,Identify alternate source

8) Sound Knowledge in CNC Machines (Makino ,AMC most preferable)

9) Required knowledge in Hydraulics & Pneumatics

10) Knowledge about EMS/QMS/EnMS is must

BE/ B.Tech Electrical and Electronics - (Mandatory BE/B.Tech)

5-7 years of Experience ● Should have prior experience in CNC Machines (Makino ,AMC most preferable) ● Well versed in PLC program modifi cation (Siemens, Mitsubishi ) ● Trouble shooting in SPM Robots (Fanuc, ABB most preferable) ● Trouble shooting in Servo systems (Fanuc, Siemens) ● Experience required in Honing machines ● Experience required in TPM,5s

Basic Knowledge in Pneumatic Hydraulics Fanuc Controllers, Servo Motors and Drives. ● Knowledge in TPM,IMS,IMEA ● Basic Knowledge in Fanuc CNC Controllers /Washing Robots ● Basic Knowledge in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides/Washing Robots
