Assistant Manager- Maintenance (Mechanical)

 1. Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of all mechanical equipment and systems- CNC/VMC.
2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
4. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to production.
5. Monitor equipment performance and reliability metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Manage the inventory of spare parts and tools to support maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
8. Keep abreast of new technologies and best practices in maintenance to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
