Overview:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You will lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you!

In this dynamic role, you will take charge of daily operations in the RGM's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence. We believe in having fun while embracing personal challenges and growth opportunities. You will work a 48-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 8 hours at time and a half, providing a balanced and rewarding work experience.
