Position: Lead/Assitsant Manager - Data Center

Experience: 5-10 years


Location: Mumbai


Preferred Certifications (Nice to have):

  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA/RHCE)
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server (MCSA/MCSE)
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
  • Storage Certifications from Dell, NetApp, HPE, etc.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Install, configure, and maintain RHEL and Windows operating systems in physical and virtual environments.
    • Deploy and manage VMware vSphere/ESXi environments including VM provisioning, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
    • Administer user access, system permissions, and file systems across platforms.
    • Plan and implement server and storage solutions, including backups, DR planning, and high-availability setups.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, OS, and virtualization platforms.
    • Apply security updates, OS patches, and ensure compliance with internal IT policies and standards.
    • Collaborate with networking, application, and security teams to ensure infrastructure stability and security.
    • Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and change management records.
    • Provide Level 2/3 support & RCA
    • Participate in capacity planning, technology upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
