  • Relevant Experience - 1+year (AM on Paper)
  • Handled a team of Team Leads, Sr. Recruiters & Recruiters
  • Handled Volume, Bulk and Frontline Hiring, agent based hiring, Staff Planning, Strategize
  • Vendor Management, Employee Referral and Sourcing Team
  • Ontime fill rate, should be able to deliver 95% Fill rate
  • Must be comfortable with Work from Office
  • Must be comfortable with General & UK shifts
