Job Purpose:
The Collection & Legal coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting/managing all the legal process to be utilised in coordination with stakeholders of Legal Department. This role ensures managing and providing various relevant data cuts and MIS(Through team) and assisting Manager in coordination and arranging review with various regional/zonal/area stakeholders of collection team for increasing collection efficiency.. The Collection & Legal Coordinator collaborates closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams, administrative and operational support to the legal department, assisting with legal documentation, case management, and communication between internal teams and external legal counsel etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying clients for legal recourse exposure based on pre-defined parameters in discussion with Manager.
• Ensure coordination with Legal team for sending letters timely/arranging Lok Adalat/Recon Camps ...
