As an Assistant Manager (Costing Finance), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Work closely with stakeholders on cost calculation and pricing for existing and new services.
  • Perform annual cost updates and support the implementation of new costing systems.
  • Apply National Costing Guidelines across different services and care settings.
  • Support cost optimisation, process improvement, and pricing revision initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth execution of price revisions and compliance with MOH policies.
  • Prepare clear, value-adding reports for senior management.
  • Provide business partnering support and assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required
