As an Assistant Manager (Costing Finance), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Work closely with stakeholders on cost calculation and pricing for existing and new services.
- Perform annual cost updates and support the implementation of new costing systems.
- Apply National Costing Guidelines across different services and care settings.
- Support cost optimisation, process improvement, and pricing revision initiatives.
- Ensure smooth execution of price revisions and compliance with MOH policies.
- Prepare clear, value-adding reports for senior management.
- Provide business partnering support and assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required
