Position:Assistant Manager, Graduate Admissions Location: West Area
Duration: 12 months subject to extension/conversion
Salary: Up to $4600/month
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a point of contact for prospective postgraduate students, providing accurate and timely information on the University's programmes, admissions policies, and enrolment procedures.
• Manage the end-to-end application and admissions processes for postgraduate students, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines and timelines.
• Develop and implement communication plans to promote the University's postgraduate programmes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyse reports to evaluate market trends, assess the effectiveness of current partnerships and services, and measure their impact on local enrolment targets.
• Coordinate communications with faculty and school administrators to ensure clarity and consistency regarding postgraduate admissions requirements, processes, and updates.
• Supervise support staff (if any) to ensure the delivery of high-quality and consistent information and advice to prospective postgraduate students, with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any Field
- Preferably prior experience in the Education sector
