Engage in client farming, project briefings, transaction management, and client relationship building in a collaborative business development role.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct client farming activities such as cold calling and saturation exercises to build client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Department’s Market Analyst Group on client submissions for project briefings, case studies, and due diligence analyses.
- Prepare and conduct pitches and presentations.
- Coordinate and conduct site inspections for clients.
- Process documentation related to transaction management, including building options lists, requests for proposals, and letters of intent.
- Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Provide updates and feedback with assistance from the Client Engagement Coordinator for post-sales client support.
