Description Du Poste In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager. You will support the team in customer service, human resources management, merchandising, and financial control.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, organization, and management of all operations;
• Apply the company's business strategies to achieve the sales and profitability objectives;
• Be involved in the employee hiring process;
• Be responsible for new employee training, including customer service, product knowledge, sales, and merchandising;
