Packaging Operations

• Manage daily packeting/packaging production as per plan and dispatch schedules
• Supervise all packing lines (pouch, sachet, jar, carton, bulk packs, etc.)
• Ensure optimum machine utilization and line efficiency (OEE improvement)
• Achieve daily/monthly production targets with minimal downtime

Shop Floor & Manpower Management

• Lead, train, and supervise operators, line supervisors, and contract workforce
• Ensure shift planning, manpower allocation, and productivity tracking
• Drive discipline, safety practices, and SOP adherence on the shop floor

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure packaging quality standards, weight accuracy, sealing integrity, labeling correctness
• Maintain GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards
• Reduce rejections, leakages, and customer complaints
