Packaging Operations
Manage daily packeting/packaging production as per plan and dispatch schedules
Supervise all packing lines (pouch, sachet, jar, carton, bulk packs, etc.)
Ensure optimum machine utilization and line efficiency (OEE improvement)
Achieve daily/monthly production targets with minimal downtime
Shop Floor & Manpower Management
Lead, train, and supervise operators, line supervisors, and contract workforce
Ensure shift planning, manpower allocation, and productivity tracking
Drive discipline, safety practices, and SOP adherence on the shop floor
Quality & Compliance
Ensure packaging quality standards, weight accuracy, sealing integrity, labeling correctness
Maintain GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards
Reduce rejections, leakages, and customer complaints
Maintenance & Cost Control
Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive/breakdown maintenance
Monitor machine performance and reduce breakdowns
