Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's sales objectives, focusing on both current and potential customers, and strive for maximum profitability.
  • Manage and oversee the performance of the department, working closely with teams and customers to meet quality and service requirements.
  • Analyze sales objectives for current and prospective customers, sales and service demands, and create effective sales coverage programs. Monitor marketplace activities related to pricing, products, new product launches, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Assist in the preparation of competitive bids and proposals to secure new projects.
  • Develop sales forecasts, assess territory potentials, conduct territory analysis, and collaborate with management to set appropriate sales quotas and goals.
