Assistant Manager – Peabody’s, St Richard’s Hospital
Salary: £27,666 per annum
Contract: 5 out of 7 days
Shift patterns: Various shifts including weekends
Early shift: 06:30 – 15:00
Late shift: 10:00 – 18:30
Weekend shift: 08:00 – 16:30
We are currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Manager to join the Peabody’s team at St Richard’s Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day operation of a busy Peabody’s outlet within a healthcare environment, ensuring outstanding service, exceptional standards, and a positive customer experience.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help lead and motivate the team, maintain operational excellence, and support a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
