SUMMARY:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, People Solutions, who will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. You will drive key HR initiatives across talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development, while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work culture.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Main point of contact for any People Department's enquiries and requests.
Work closely with department managers to ensure successful execution of each People Department's functions recruitment, performance management, statutory payment, taxation, discipline and exit management
Participate in department's dialogues to gain a better understanding of the department's issues and initiatives
