Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: On-site

GN Hearing is currently on a look out for an exceptional, open-minded and driven team member to join our APAC Marketing team in India. You will play a key role in driving high-quality leads and business outcomes through paid digital channels and by uplifting our dealer network’s digital marketing capabilities.

You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Run campaigns for traffic, lead generation, and conversions, including remarketing/retargeting.
  • Structure campaigns, ad groups, audiences, and keywords for scale and efficiency.
  • 2. Performance, Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report performance against KPIs such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.
  • Use Google Analytics (GA4) and ad platform dashboards to understand user journeys and campaign impact.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and bidding strategies and use insights to improve ROI.
  • Plan and monitor monthly budgets, keep a close eye on daily spends, and ensure there are no billing surprises.
  • 3. Landing Page & Conversion Optimization

  • Work with content, design, and web development to create and refine high-converting landing pages.
  • Ensure landing pages are mobile-friendly, consistent with ad messaging, and correctly tagged for tracking.
  • Use data (, bounce rate, time on page, scroll depth, funnel drop-offs) to recommend UX and layout improvements.
  • 4. Marketing Automation & SFMC

  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and other automation tools to build simple journeys and follow-up campaigns for leads from paid media.
  • Support the creation and execution of email and journey-based nurturing for different segments.
  • Work with CRM/automation teams to ensure tracking from first click to lead and, wherever possible, to closure.
  • 5. Dealer Digital Marketing Consulting

  • Run a Digital Marketing Consulting Program for dealers:Audit their websites, search presence, social media, and paid campaigns.Recommend improvements in account structure, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and measurement.
  • Help dealers move from basic campaigns to more structured, performance-driven setups.
  • Conduct periodic review calls, simple training sessions, and share best practices and playbooks with dealers.
  • 6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with creative, content, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities.
  • Brief creative teams clearly and use performance data to guide messaging and visual direction.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or partners if any part of execution is outsourced.
  • 7. Market & Competitor Insights

  • Regularly review competitor ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Stay updated with changes and new features in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and SFMC.
  • Test new formats and approaches (, video campaigns, new bidding strategies, new audience types) where relevant.
  • A strong performance marketing individual, we imagine the following sounds like you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience in lead generation environments; exposure to dealer/channel networks is a strong plus.
  • Must-Have Skills & Tools

  • Ad Platforms:Strong, hands-on experience with Google Ads.Strong, hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Analytics & Tracking:Comfortable using Google Analytics (GA4) for funnel and performance analysis.Working knowledge of tracking setups (UTMs, pixels, events); Google Tag Manager (GTM) exposure is an advantage.
  • Landing Page & Conversion Optimization:Solid understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Experience working with web/UX teams to improve page structure and user flows.
  • Marketing Automation & SFMC:Practical exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or strong willingness and aptitude to learn it quickly.Understanding of basic marketing automation, email journeys, and lead nurturing flows.
  • Core Competencies:Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets.Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders and deliver on timelines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good-to-Have (Nice, but Not Mandatory)

  • Additional Performance Channels:LinkedIn Ads, YouTube-only performance campaigns.Programmatic or display experience (, DV360, The Trade Desk) – where relevant.Marketplace / e‑commerce advertising (, Amazon Ads).
  • Reporting & Optimization Tools:Looker Studio (for dashboards and reporting).Heatmap/session recording tools (, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) for UX insights.A/B testing or CRO tools (, VWO, Optimizely).
  • Automation & CRM Ecosystem:Experience with any other marketing automation tools (, HubSpot, Marketo, MoEngage, Clevertap).Experience integrating campaign leads into CRM and working with sales teams on lead quality and follow-up.
  • Social & Content Management:Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.)Basic understanding of SEO and organic social to support integrated campaigns.
