Responsibilities

  • Performing benchmarking studies and research to determine latest thinking and external competitiveness with general market and comparator companies across the Group.
  • Assisting the Head of Rewards & Performance Management in review of policies, guidelines and processes to ensure competitiveness and compliance (if relevant).
  • Proactively taking part in ongoing communication, obtaining of feedback, maintaining and continuously improving on policies, guidelines and processes.
  • Assisting the Head of Rewards & Performance Management in the drafting of Remuneration Committee and Board papers.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with representatives from leading companies and industry experts.
  • Assisting in job evaluation exercise and process across the Group. Conducting Job Evaluations for L1’s/ Top Management for the Group.
