Job Description
Major responsibilities:
1. Procurement of Gasket, O ring, all type of hardware, flanges & fittings, spiral wound gasket and c class component
2. Carrying out Supplier visits for expediting material.
3. Monitor the list of open Purchase Requisitions & ensure the timely release of Purchase
Orders
4. Ensure timely deliveries from vendors through follow ups, personal vendor visits etc.&
Monitor vendor OTD's.
5. Vendor assignments on DMS, follow up for document submission, resubmission through
DMS.
6. Co-ordination with Contract Management, TOP, Quality, MRP, Finance for various day
Today issues.
7. Attend kick off meetings, understand technical & commercial requirements & support to
Establish network & final delivery of products.
8. Cost savings efforts through various tools, monitor & report monthly savings to dept. Head.
