What you’ll do:


  • Analyze hourly, daily, and weekly order forecasts to create optimal rider shift plans across hubs
  • Coordinate with Recruitment, Training, and Operations teams to align rider availability with demand projections
  • Implement dynamic rider rostering based on forecast changes, special events, and seasonality
  • Track key logistics KPIs: on-time delivery %, average delivery time, rider productivity, rider attendance
  • Create daily and weekly dashboards to report operational performance to fleet managers and leadership
  • Conduct root cause analysis on SLA breaches, missed orders, and rider churn
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions based on performance trends
  • Work with tech and product teams to automate and enhance planning tools
  • Liaise closely with dark store managers, fleet supervisors, and rider trainers to ensure operational targets are met
  • Support strategic initiatives like new city launches, dark store expansions, and process standardization
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates for rider planning and KPI tracking
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and business cases (e.g., fleet sizing, cost optimization, incentive impact)




What you’ll need :


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in logistics, fleet management, demand planning, or operational excellence roles (experience in Quick Commerce is a strong plus)
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, basic SQL is an advantage
  • Familiarity with workforce management systems, routing optimization, and order management platforms
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
