We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Policy Servicing.
In this role you will:
Perform operations and administrative duties of the department, including processing customer requests and coaching to the processing team, perform report checking, and attending to emails / internal enquiries within the agreed turnaround time
Ensure smooth operation of Policy Servicing processes, full compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to agreed service levels
