Position Title: Assistant Manager - New Product Development

Location: For Foundry near Pollachi

Reports To: AGM - New Product Development


Qualifications and Experience Levels:

  • DME / BE Mechanical Engineering with min 10-20+ years of experience preferably in SG and Grey Iron Foundry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new product development
  • Responsible for preparing FR inputs for enquires from customer in a cost effective manner
  • Interact with design team for simulation study, process design and pattern layout for Furan, Hunter & Sinto lines
  • Drive APQP process in all stages
  • Design documents prepare and review with CFT
  • Execute pattern manufacturing, Makino load planning, pattern mounting, methoding & sample pouring
  • Getting sample casting approval from QAD for ...
