Training Content & Delivery:


  • Conduct TNI & TNA to identify gaps and design targeted training programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Must have experience in Process training (Mandatory)
  • Ability to mentor, train, and support training team.
  • Design training modules
  • Deliver new hire training (NHT), refresher sessions, and ongoing skill development programs.
  • Design, update, and maintain training materials, modules, and assessments for process and product training.
  • Utilize various training methodologies, including e-learning, classroom training, and hands-on simulations.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Operations to ensure up-to-date product and process knowledge.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
