Job Description
Training Content & Delivery:
- Conduct TNI & TNA to identify gaps and design targeted training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Must have experience in Process training (Mandatory)
- Ability to mentor, train, and support training team.
- Design training modules
- Deliver new hire training (NHT), refresher sessions, and ongoing skill development programs.
- Design, update, and maintain training materials, modules, and assessments for process and product training.
- Utilize various training methodologies, including e-learning, classroom training, and hands-on simulations.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Operations to ensure up-to-date product and process knowledge.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
