Job Description
Training Content & Delivery:
Conduct TNI & TNA to identify gaps and design targeted training programs for new hires and existing employees.
Must have experience in Process training (Mandatory)
Ability to mentor, train, and support training team.
Design training modules
Deliver new hire training (NHT), refresher sessions, and ongoing skill development programs.
Design, update, and maintain training materials, modules, and assessments for process and product training.
Utilize various training methodologies, including e-learning, classroom training, and hands-on simulations.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Operations to ensure up-to-date product and process knowledge.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
Team Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team process trainers ensuring they meet performance and delivery standards.
