Seeking a Team Leader or Assistant Manager - Process Training (US Residential Mortgage Underwriting) to lead and enhance our training initiatives within the given accounts.

In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive domain training programs, designed to improve training efficiency and support process goals.

You will collaborate with various departments to ensure training programs align with business needs and drive continuous improvement.

• Training Development and Management: Design and implement domain training programs tailored to organizational needs, ensuring effective delivery and measurable outcomes.
