Job Title:  Asst. Manager – Production - Bangalore

Location:  Bommasandra, Bengaluru
Experience Required:  4–5 years (preferably in air filtration or related manufacturing industries)
Industry:  Air Filtration / HVAC / Cleanroom Equipment
Reporting To:  Production Manager
Salary:  Based on market standards

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Manager  with 4–5 years of experience in the air filtration industry or related manufacturing industries . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes and schedules to meet production targets.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources (manpower, materials, and machinery).
  • Supervise and lead production teams; monitor staff performance and provide training as needed.
  • Implement and maintain safety standards and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality and reduce rejection rates.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and downtime reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments (design, purchase, sales) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma preferred).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards applicable to air filtration products.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in the air filtration industry (HVAC filters, HEPA/ULPA, industrial dust filters, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control.
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing tools, machinery, and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom standards and air filter testing (ASHRAE/EN standards) is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
