Job Description

Responsibilities : -

  • Handling end-to-end Process of Electron Beam Accelerator Machine.

  • Responsible for the activities like Production, Process, Installation, Commissioning, Trial, Dose-mapping, Parametrization, Troubleshooting

  • Faul finding, Upkeeping of E-Beam machine as per checklist, AERB license and regular documentation.

  • Responsible for utilities design and civil chamber construction, Installation and Commissioning of whole E-Beam plant during its project phase.

  • Take care of process parameter of E-Beam machine as per the manufacturing specifications and maintain good quality product cured in E-Beam machine.

  • Ensure regular liaisoning with AERB and no violation of Safety regulations in E-Beam.

  • Planning & Scheduling of E-Beam Radiation Plant according to the Customer’s order.

  • Planning for job schedule, Man, Machine, Method technically at shop floor and inter department communication regarding E-Beam process.

  • Resolving technical issues on the shop floor and maintenance of E-Beam machines.

  • Maintaining technical and radiation record, checklist and spares inventory of E-Beam.

  • Time study for increasing productivity and ramp-up production in E-Beam machine.

  • Analysis and recommendation of solution for the frequent problems in E-Beam.

  • Carry out routine measurements and analysis on radiation and radioactivity levels in the controlled area of the radiation installation and maintain records.

  • Instructing the workers on hazards of radiation and on suitable safety measures and work practices aimed at optimizing exposures to radiation sources; Safe disposal of radioactive wastes; Developing suitable emergency response plans to deal with accidents and maintaining emergency preparedness in E-Beam plant.

    • Technical skills :-

  • Knowledge of self-management teams (SMT) (Exclusively for Vadodara plant)

  • Installation & Commissioning experience of Electron Beam Accelerator machine.

  • Experience in project execution of E-Beam Plant will be added advantages.

  • Implementing the concept of 5S, Safety and KAIZEN in the workplace.


    • Functional: -

  • Knowledge of the updated market requirement of E-Beam products.

  • Hard core experience in Electron Beam Accelerator Machine.

  • Responsible for keeping a check on product, process and quality of E-Beam.
