Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support on-site programmes for children and inter-generational families during school holidays, exhibitions, and key museum events, including vendor liaison, logistics, admin, and temporary staff coordination.

  • Design and develop print and digital resources (EDMs, posters, etc.) for families, seniors, and the special needs community.

  • Assist school learning journeys, including school liaison, admin, logistics, and briefings.

  • Provide ad-hoc support as required by the Programmes team.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Arts, Social Sciences, or related field; keen interest in Singapores history and heritage.

  • Design qualifications and proficient in design software (portfolio required).

  • Available to work on weekends and public holidays during peak periods, with time-off compensation.
