Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is effectively established, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved in compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC, HALAL, KOSHER, SEDEX, RSPO, MSPO, OHSAS, and EMS.
  • Maintain all QMS-related certifications by ensuring ongoing compliance with requirements set by Certification Bodies.
  • Provide regular reports on QMS performance to top management as a foundation for continual improvement initiatives.
  • Promote and enhance QMS awareness and understanding across all levels of the organization.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders on QMS-related matters, including customer complaints and formal declarations.
