Assistant Manager -Quality

Ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of electrical systems and components, with a strong focus on transformers and electrical panels.

Plan, execute, and support electrical testing and validation activities in line with applicable standards, specifications, and internal quality requirements.

Develop test plans, analyse test results, and prepare clear, accurate technical reports.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to transformer and panel performance, insulation, protection, and functionality.

Work closely with design, engineering, production, and sourcing teams to identify risks early and implement effective corrective actions.

Support new product introductions and major project orders by ensuring testing readiness and quality compliance.
