Assistant Manager Quality
Summary:
Work with Site Quality Leader to support quality-assurance programs to ensure compliance with the site Quality Management System (QMS) and in accordance with customer quality requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
Work with Site Quality Leader to plan and implement quality systems for specific programs. Facilitates expiry extension process for overage materials (Raw material, Intermediates and Finished goods). Co-ordinate for internal (cross function) and external product quality complaints for issue resolution with root cause and corrective actions identified. Provide support for the reduction or elimination of product quality problems to improve product quality. Work with Quality Leader to review quality trends and track the root cause of problems.
