Location: Muddenahalli, Chikkaballapur, Karnataka

Experience: 35 years in healthcare quality management

Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc in any health sciences discipline OR Hospital Administration (MBA/MHA)

Employment Type: Full-time | 6-day workweek

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring hospital Quality Improvement Programs
  • Support NABH/NABL/JCI accreditation processes, documentation, and audits
  • Conduct internal audits, quality checks, and risk assessments in departments
  • Track and report on clinical indicators, adverse events, and patient safety metrics
  • Organize training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff on quality standards
  • Maintain SOPs, manuals, and compliance documents
  • Collaborate with department heads to close non-conformities and implement CAPAs
  • Facilitate patient feedback analysis and service improvement projects
  • Ensure infection control, biomedical waste, and safety protocols are followed
