Experience: 35 years in healthcare quality management
Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc in any health sciences discipline OR Hospital Administration (MBA/MHA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring hospital Quality Improvement Programs
- Support NABH/NABL/JCI accreditation processes, documentation, and audits
- Conduct internal audits, quality checks, and risk assessments in departments
- Track and report on clinical indicators, adverse events, and patient safety metrics
- Organize training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff on quality standards
- Maintain SOPs, manuals, and compliance documents
- Collaborate with department heads to close non-conformities and implement CAPAs
- Facilitate patient feedback analysis and service improvement projects
- Ensure infection control, biomedical waste, and safety protocols are followed
