KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 


● Ensure materials meet specified standards before entering the production line. 


● Monitor hygiene, storage conditions, and handling of raw materials. 


● Verify batch documentation and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 


● Online product testing includes bulk density, viscosity, and raw material checks before issuance to
production. 


● Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Online Inspections and relevant food
safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP) during all processes. 


● Inspect pre-mixing, blending, and ingredient formulation processes. 


● Perform routine laboratory tests on ingredients before and after processing.
● Ensure compliance with nutritional and microbiological standards. 


● Identify deviations and take corrective/preventive actions.
